WEEKEND SCHEDULE FOR ATHLETIC CONTESTS
PARENT WEEKEND NOTES:
Overnight and Short Absences on Fall Family Weekend
Parents and guardians may take their student out for dinner on Friday night following the student’s Afternoon Program or at any time during the weekend. Boarding students must complete a REACH request for all short absences. Boarders must return from short absences by 9:00 p.m. on Friday, Sunday, and Monday nights. On Saturday, boarders may check in by 10:00 p.m.
If a boarder wishes to take an overnight for the long weekend, the student must complete a REACH request by 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15. The latest that a boarder can return from the (long) weekend is check-in on Tuesday, October 20, at 7:30 p.m.
There are no classes on Monday and Tuesday, October 19 and 20. A faculty team will lead many fun activities for boarders remaining on campus!
