This Week in the Dining Hall

There are ten varieties of cold cereal, gluten free cereal. yogurt, fresh fruit, a variety of whole grain breads, gluten free bread and rolls, jellies, preserves, peanut butter, butter, honey, cottage cheese, saltines, oyster crackers, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon sugar, hot sauce, sugar free beverages, 100% orange, cranberry, pineapple, and apple. 1%, skim, whole, chocolate, organic soy, rice and lactose free milk, filtered water, organic, fair-trade coffee, herbal and flavored teas and hot chocolate.

The Salad and Deli Bar features vegetarian and vegan items such as tofu, hummus, garbanzo beans, kidney beans and taboule salad, freshly-cut vegetables, pasta and vegetable salads, tuna and chicken salad, a variety of dressing, sliced ham, turkey, roast beef, cheeses and condiments.
