This morning the ninety-nine members of the graduating class of 2012 participated in the 249th commencement exercises at The Governor’s Academy. Ronald C. Brady, Head of School of Foundation Academies, addressed the graduates and wished them well as they leave Byfield and begin the next chapter in their lives. Several students were recognized for their achievements in academics, the arts, and athletics, as well as those students whose dedication in the classroom, commitment to service, and thoughtfulness towards others embody the mission of the Academy.
