2's and 7's Join us for Reunion 2012!

Reunion Weekend Schedule and Registration:

Come one come all to Reunion 2012! All classes ending in "2" and "7" are invited back to campus for a weekend of activities. Included here is a general schedule of events for the weekend. Details are subject to change. A compete and final schedule of events (including class specific events) will be available at registration.

Still need to register for Reunion?
Registration is available on campus at the French Student Center throughout the weekend.
Registration times:
12:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday
8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday

Reunion Weekend Details:

Please register in the French Student Center upon your arrival to campus and pick up your registration packet, dormitory assignment, Reunion gift, and the latest program of weekend events.

On Campus Accommodations:
The 2012 fee for on-campus weekend accommodations is $35.00 per night. This fee includes a bed, pillow, linens, blanket, and a towel set. For additional comfort, please bring along an extra pillow, blanket, towel, and bathrobe. Bathrooms are shared. Fee may be paid by check or charged to MasterCard or Visa with your Reunion registration.

What to Wear:

Reunion Weekend is meant to be a relaxing time for all. Casual dress is appropriate for all scheduled activities

Meal Plans:
Pre-Registering for Reunion Weekend will save you time. Please refer to the Registration Form for the meal plans available.

Child Care:
The Academy will have a limited supply of students ready and willing to babysit throughout the weekend. Plans for children’s activities can also be made for families wishing to have extended free time during the weekend. Register your children in advance and indicate whether you will need childcare services. Call the Alumni/ae Office at 978.499.3187 for information.

Alcohol and Smoking:
Alcoholic beverages will be served throughout the weekend at a variety of functions and drink tickets may be purchased when you arrive on campus.  We ask that those who drink do not drive. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings on the campus.  Many of the activities planned for the weekend are outdoors, where smoking is permitted. We ask that smokers respect the beauty of The Academy grounds and discard appropriately. Reunion is an opportunity to reconnect with friends, have fun and share memories. Please enjoy your time here while being respectful of the campus, others and yourself.
