The Carl A. Pescosolido Library
Built in 1997, the Carl A. Pescosolido Library forms the academic core of the Academy. The library includes more than 20,000 square feet of study and research space, a 30,000-volume collection with capacity to 50,000 volumes, 175 dataports and wireless access, hundreds of periodicals, and expansive, light-filled research areas and group study rooms. The library is a member of the Northeast Massachusetts Regional Library System that provides access to interlibrary loan, supplemental reference service, information databases, and document delivery through the Boston Public Library. The library has an active presence on Classrooms on Elmstreet, the Academy’s Moodle site. The library maintains research guides, library resources, reading links and research project guides for internal users. |
